Hi there,

it has been very quite for a while and haven't been very active at deviantART
in the last couple years. I have been more and more into working doing 3D and
Postproduction, so I was able to satisfy my creative cravings in my daily work routine.

All in all I worked 7 years in the same little company in my hometown of Hannover.

The last 2,5 years I spent my spare time working on a Modification for Call Of Duty 4
called Galactic Warfare [link] ,
trying something ambitious called a total conversion, basically changing all art assets, models,
levels and weapons of that popular shooter to something custom.

It was quite successful; so far we had around 120k downloads on ModDB alone for our latest release,
we had articles on Kotaku.com and various other publications about videogaming (online and even print).

This work got me in contact with a lot of people from the online community as well as some people from
the industry - I've met a lot of creative people, awesome artists, gifted modders and dedicated gaming nerds.

So I quit my job in December, finished another map for the mod and created an online portfolio [link]

I had some interviews, made some arttests, been flown out to onsite interviews, did a lot of paperwork for
visa and relocation stuff, signed a contract and am finally working in Santa Monica, CA for a nice little videogame
production studio called Treyarch as a Level Designer, basically doing what I did in my spare time the last
couple years - I've just landed my dreamjob working and living in sunny California.

I guess I was in the right place at the right time :)

So, to cut this long story short, I will be busy working on videogames most of my time and with most of
my energy, so it is very unlikely that I will be posting a lot of stuff on this wonderful website any time soon.

Cheers, take care and see you!

Hey man would you be willing to join my studio?
We're trying to make a Star Wars film from scratch. The movie will based on Karen Traviss' Republic/Imperial Commando novels. I need a team to help out, give opinions and new ideas.

I'd like to have you as a texture artist.

Hello,
I don't know how to send a private message, so I have to write a comment.
A few months ago we had the task to create a postcard for our city in our art class. And I used a work of yours([link]). Now, we got our ratings back and my teacher told me to go to the press of our city and offer them my project as advertising for my city. It's a big oppertunity for me and I need to know whether I am allowed to use your work. You can see my result here ([link])
As you can see, I changed your work a bit and it's only the lightbulb I used without the interior.

It's really important for me to get your permission or we may find a compromise. I'd be happy if you can send me an e-mail to KjellBunjes@web.de with your agreement or disagreement.

Thanks!
